The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Returns

  1. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of receiving their item(s).

    If the return is due the consumer, for instance, the items is as expected, but you changed your mind, then you are responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee is based on the shipping company you choose.

    If the goods received are damaged or not correct, then the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee, and no restocking fee will charged to the consumer for the return.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. Please leave a message on CONTACT US and specify the problems encountered by the product before return.
  4. Please DO NOT send return to the address on package, this is not the return address.
  5. We will NOT return non-moosehillstore products in return package.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
